Policies

Service
Chef are at the rate of $30.00 pr hr, catering supervisors/sous chefs/grill chefs are at the rate of $20.00 per hour. Food servers are at the rate of $15.00 per hour. These rates begin upon arrival at your function. Minimum 4hrs. Our staff are professional, courteous and extremely efficient.

Rentals
We can take care of all of your rental requirements. Our fee is cost plus a 10% handling fee from the rental company.

Gratuity
A gratuity of 15% will be calculated upon the total of the food cost only.

Payment
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your event. The balance is due upon delivery.

Prices
Prices are subject to change. Prices that are calculated per guest, will increase, should the number of guests decline.

*the lower the number of guests, the cost per person increases.
*the higher the number of guests, the cost per person decreases.

All catered events which include our service, are entirely prepared and cooked by our staff only. We do not cater partial menus.
