Welcome to the cooking studio at Vista D'oro Farms.

Our focus has always been, first and foremost, to provide a few hours of entertainment for our guests, on our Spring 2007 schedule we will continue with a curriculum that reflects the vision of our farm, namely sustainability and sourcing locally produced ingredients.

Pairing local chefs with ingredients from BC producers and farmers to educate as well as entertain. Working as a liaison between the chef and farmer/producer we establish which products are available and when they are at their peak and offer classes to coincide with this.

Vista D’oro Farms offers small hands-on and demonstration classes for up to 12, with recipe handouts, full tastings of the menu prepared as well as wine tastings with each class. If you are interested in joining us this Spring, please do not hesitate to contact us. Vista D’oro Farms classes are a wonderful way to meet other food lovers, get together with your friends or to socialize with business colleagues. The menus are varied and delicious and the chefs all bring something different to the table, so to speak, making each class special.
